Sourcing Process
How We Source — From Mountain to Doorstep
Authenticity is not a claim. It is a process. Here is ours.
Step 1: Direct Partnerships with Kashmiri Artisans
We travel to the source — Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley, Bagh, and surrounding regions — and build direct relationships with bakers, farmers, and family producers. No agents. No brokers.
Step 2: Traditional Production Only
We only source from producers using traditional methods. Our kulcha is baked in wood-fired tandoors. Our rote uses pure desi ghee. Our rajma is sun-dried naturally. If it is factory-made, we do not carry it.
Step 3: Batch Quality Inspection
Every batch is inspected before it leaves Kashmir. We check for texture, colour, aroma, and taste. Products that do not meet our standard are returned — not discounted, not relabelled. Returned.
Step 4: Hygienic Packaging
Products are packaged in hygienic, tamper-proof packaging that preserves freshness and prevents contamination. We use food-grade materials only.
Step 5: Fast Dispatch Across Pakistan
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via trusted courier partners. We offer cash on delivery nationwide so you only pay when your order arrives.
From the hands of a Kashmiri artisan to your family table — every step is intentional, every product is accountable.
