Our Guarantee
Every Taste Kashmiri product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described — we will replace it or refund you. No arguments, no runaround.
Eligible for Return
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong product delivered
- Product quality significantly differs from description
- Product packaging was tampered or unsealed on arrival
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product consumed or partially used
- Ordered incorrect quantity (please double-check before ordering)
How to Raise a Return
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (number on Contact page) with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours and arrange pickup or replacement.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (or Easypaisa/JazzCash for COD orders).
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We would rather replace a product than lose a customer's trust.
