Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. Every product we sell is made using traditional methods without artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, or chemical additives. What you get is exactly what Kashmiris have eaten for generations.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. All orders across Pakistan are available on Cash on Delivery. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.

How long does delivery take?

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 business days. Other cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: 5–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this on our courier's website to track your parcel in real time.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product. Kulcha and Rote: 7–10 days at room temperature, up to 30 days refrigerated. Rajma and dry goods: 6–12 months in a cool, dry place. Each product has its best-before date on the packaging.

Can I order in bulk for events or gifts?

Absolutely. We offer bulk and corporate gift orders for weddings, Eid, corporate events, and more. Contact us on WhatsApp for special pricing on bulk orders.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

Where exactly do your products come from?

Our kulcha and rote come from traditional tandoor bakers in Muzaffarabad. Our rajma is sourced from Neelum Valley farmers. Each product is sourced directly — no middlemen involved.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is something we are actively working on — follow us on social media for updates.
